In applying for media credentials, please follow these guidelines: 1. Only one credential application per media outlet will be accepted. Please coordinate with news, sports and photography editors. 2. Sports Editors, Sports Directors or Photo Editors must submit. 3. Hotel, phone, parking and shuttle information will be distributed once an organization has been accredited. Room reservations for the media hotel (Radisson/Sacramento) must be processed through the Olympic Trials media relations office. 4. A limited number of phone lines will be available for general use. It is strongly recommended that journalists and photographers requiring timely access to a phone line order dedicated lines (a $150 cost). In order to expand media capabilities, free broadband Internet access will be provided at this event. This will include a full wireless network (802.11b) that will allow direct access to the Internet from most areas within the venue. The network will be five times (5x) faster than the traditional dial up service and will require some form of network connection from you laptop/PDA/Camera.
